Yes. Once registered in digitalbanking.1FirstBank.com, you can download the Digital Banking app available in the App Store or Google Play. There, you will be able to access your information using your Digital Banking username and password.

In addition, you can access your information through the mobile application using Face ID/Touch ID or Fingerprint ID for devices that have this service. Similarly, you can configure balance alerts and receive notifications about your activities in your deposit accounts in the recurrence you want or changes made to your personal information.
To set up your fingerprint or face recognition and quickly access your accounts through the app, visit the Configure section in the left menu of the app, press “Other Settings” and scroll to the “Sign in with Face ID/Touch ID” button or in the case of Android, with Fingerprint ID.
In Digital Banking, you will be able to see all the accounts or products you have with FirstBank. These are checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, mortgage loans, auto loans, leases, personal loans, lines of credit and reserves, IRAs and CDs.
In the "Services for my accounts" section you can request a copy of checks, copy of account statements, notify a trip, authorize FirstBank to contact you, request a checking or savings accounts certification, order a checkbook, cancel or replace a credit and/or debit card and cancel the payment of a check.
Additionally, if you have a car loan with FirstBank you can request the following: Reference letter, Payoff letter, Auto Title request (applies to conventional loan), Closed date letter, Insurance Unearned Premium letter.
Access the Disclosure of Fees, Terms and Applicable Rates for each product to know the details of the applicable fees for each of the deposit accounts.

For added security, a unique 5-character code is sent to your registered email address in Digital Banking to validate that you have requested a transfer to another account before processing the transaction. This code will be required for each transfer to other accounts (not between your accounts). To receive the code in your email, you must press “request code”. Once you receive the code, you must enter it in the space provided and press “accept” to complete the transaction. You can copy and paste the code.
This code has an expiration period of 5 minutes. Once this time is up, the code will no longer be valid and you will have to request a new code. Each time a new code is requested, the previously issued access code will expire automatically.
Log in to digitalbanking.1FirstBank.com, press the “Transfer” section and select “Between FirstBank accounts.” In the “To” field, press “New” and complete the required fields.
You can also add other accounts from the Manage > Other Accounts option.
You will only be able to add other FirstBank accounts for credit purposes; you may not debit from these accounts.

Yes, you can schedule transfers through digitalbanking.1FirstBank.com in the Transfers section. Choose the type of transfer, complete the required fields, click the Schedule option and select the desired recurrence.

Payments issued from your FirstBank accounts before 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be debited and processed on the same day. Payments issued after 5 p.m. or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Payments made using accounts from other banks will be processed on the same day if issued before 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and will be debited from your account within 3 to 5 business days.

You will receive a notification via email including the date, amount, account to be paid, and confirmation number of the transaction. You may also view your payment status on the History section of Digital Banking.
With Depósito Expreso Móvil¹ you can deposit your checks at any time and anywhere from your mobile device through the Digital Banking mobile application.
A convenient, quick, and safe way to deposit checks using your mobile device
Deposit limit of $10,000 per check, per day; and $20,000 per month¹
Remember to place the check on a flat surface with good lighting.
Endorse your check by signing it, write "For mobile deposit only” and the account number.
Deposits sent before 7:00 p.m., on regular business days, will be processed on the same day. Subject to verification and validation of the deposit.
Individual checking accounts are eligible to deposit via your mobile device.

You will receive an email notification once your deposit is received, processed, approved, or declined.
All deposits made before 7:00 p.m. on business days, it will be processed the same day and will be available once it is validated and accepted by FirstBank. Subject to verification and validation of the deposit.
Funds will be available according to FirstBank's Funds Availability Policy, included in the Deposit Accounts Agreement.
There is a limit of $10,000 per check, per day; and $20,000 total per month. The monthly cycle begins 25 business days after the date of the last deposit made through this service.

Yes. You will be able to define the notifications and alerts for your accounts.
For account balance, you can decide if you want to receive the notification based on any balance you may have, or when the balance is higher or lower than a certain amount. Similarly, you will be able to set up the frequency in which you wish to receive the notification.
You will receive the alerts to the email address you have configured in Digital Banking in the language configured in your service.

By activating this option, you will deactivate your paper statements received by mail. You will then receive an email notification when it is available through Digital Banking in the Statement section.
