FirstBank Announces an Operations Recess in Observance of Thanksgiving Day
In commemoration of Thanksgiving Day, this Thursday, November 27, 2025, all FirstBank branches, FirstMortgage centers, and FirstBank Insurance will be closed.

 

 

Customers can access 24/7 services through Tu Banca Digital at 1firstbank.com or through Tu Banca Digital Móvil. Deposits can also be made at FirstBank ATMs using Depósito Expreso, or by calling the FirstLine Solutions Center at 787.725.2511, which will be available on a special schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., exclusively for transactional services and technical support.

 

 

Branches, mortgage centers, and customer service call centers will resume regular operations on Friday, November 28. FirstBank Insurance will resume regular hours on Monday, December 1.

The remainder of the branches and FirstMortgage centers will be closed. Meanwhile, FirstBank Insurance will operate in normal business hours. 
 
Customers can access services 24/7 through Tu Banca Digital at 1firstbank.com, or through Tu Banca Digital Móvil. Deposits may also be made at FirstBank ATMs using Depósito Expreso, or by contacting the FirstLine Solutions Center at 787.725.2511, which will operate during its regular hours from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.  
 
All operations will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, November 12.
